I purchased a piece of Amy's work back in February. I was on my way to Hilton Head when she posted it and I couldn't message her fast enough to ask her to hold it. I fell in love with it immediately. I look at the piece every day and still find something new and intriguing which is one of the things I love about Amy's art. She has the ability to capture things that speak to not only your heart but your mind as well. She is a talented artist I've had the pleasure of knowing for many years and I never get tired of seeing her next creation.

Meet the Artist

Contemplation, like art, is a purely human endeavor from time immemorial.  We have questions. We are curious and we want things to make sense to us. In every age people have created art to tell stories, to beautify and comfort, to teach, to connect with one another. To contemplate is to pay close attention to the present moment; to consider attentively the subject at hand. Question and appreciate beauty. Contemplate the beautiful mysteries in life. Don’t miss it. Strive to include more beauty in your day, in your life, in your home, your favorite places (and maybe even the not-so-favorite places).  Making more space for others to contemplate beauty among the higher things is my joy.
